Item 8.01. Other Events.
On March 20, 2024, FREYR Battery, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that the Company’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) will be held on June 13, 2024.
In accordance with the Company’s Bylaws, notice of stockholder proposals intended to be presented at but not included in the Company’s proxy materials for the 2024 Annual Meeting, including director nominations or any other business, must be received by the Company no later than March 30, 2024. Notice must also comply with the other requirements under the Company’s Bylaws and other applicable law.
