On October 28, 2025, NeOnc Technologies Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that His Highness Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Zayed Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation, will formally assume the role of Executive Chairman of NuroMENA Holdings Ltd., the Middle East subsidiary of NeOnc Technologies Holdings, Inc. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
