Chief Accounting Officer Resignation

On March 24, 2026, Romin Nabiey submitted his resignation as Chief Accounting Officer of GoodRx Holdings, Inc. (the

“Company”), effective April 3, 2026 in order to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Nabiey will remain an employee of the

Company through June 8, 2026 to support the transition of his responsibilities. Mr. Nabiey’s resignation was not a result of

any disagreement between the Company and Mr. Nabiey on any matter related to the operations, policies, or practices of

the Company. The Company thanks Mr. Nabiey for his years of contribution and service to the Company.
