Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Officer Retitling
On December 4, 2023, the Board of Directors of Sunnova International Inc. approved a change in Kris W. Hillstrand's title from Executive Vice President, International and Direct to Executive Vice President, Direct. In connection with the retitling, Mr. Hillstrand’s duties with respect to oversight of international operations have been transitioned to Michael P. Grasso, Executive Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer and Mr. Hillstrand’s duties with respect to customer care have been transitioned to Paul S. Mathews, Executive Vice President, Service and Supply Chain.
