Patricia B. Prichep, CEL-SCI’s current senior Vice President of Operations, has assumed the duties of CEL-SCI’s Chief Financial and Operations Officer, effective November 13, 2024.  Information concerning Ms. Prichep can be found in CEL-SCI’s Proxy Statement relating to its 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which can be reviewed on the website of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
