Item 8.01  Other Events

 

On November 12, 2024 American Resources Corporation (or the “Company”) received a letter from the Nasdaq Stock Market stating that the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) (“Minimum Bid Price Requirement”).  The Nasdaq Stock Market determined that American Resources’ stock maintained a closing bid price of $1.00 or greater for twelve consecutive business days, from October 25, 2024, to November 11, 2024, and as such, this matter is now closed.
