Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On June 6, 2023, NovoCure Limited (the "Company" or "Novocure"), presented positive results from the phase 3 LUNAR clinical trial evaluating the use of Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) therapy together with standard therapies for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) at the 2023 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting.
