On May 27 2025, Inspired Entertainment, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Meeting”). Set forth below are the final voting results for each of the proposals presented at the Meeting.

The seven nominees for director listed below were elected to serve on the Company’s Board of Directors until the Company’s 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders or until their respective successors are duly elected and qualified:
