Item 8.01. Other Events.

 

On April 10, 2025, the Company received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) informing the Company that it has regained compliance with the periodic financial reporting requirements set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market after filing its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2024 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 9, 2025.

 

On April 11, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing the receipt of such letter. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
