On May 6, 2026, Philip Morris International Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders (“Annual Meeting”). On the record date of March 13, 2026, there were 1,558,530,268 shares of common stock issued and outstanding. At the Annual Meeting a quorum of 1,262,402,035 shares of common stock was represented in person or by proxy.
