(the “Company”) issued a press release incorrectly stating that the ex-dividend date was April 23, 2026 for shares of the Company's common stock, par value $0.001 (“Common Stock”) traded on AIM and April 22, 2026 for the Company's Common Stock traded on Nasdaq. The correct ex-dividend date for the Company's Common Stock traded on AIM and Nasdaq is April 24, 2026.
