Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 8, 2025, CNH Industrial N.V. (“CNH” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will host its 2025 Investor Day live today at 9:00 a.m. ET. Suzanne Heywood, CNH Chairperson and Gerrit Marx, Chief Executive Officer, will host the Company’s 2025 Investor Day from the New York Stock Exchange and by webcast, to update investors on the Company’s business strategy, operations and major projects.
