On April 24, 2025, OPAL Fuels Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will report its earnings results for the three months ended March 31, 2025, after market close on Thursday, May 8, 2025. A conference call will take place on Friday, May 9, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
