Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On June 6, 2023, Zillow Group, Inc. (“Zillow Group” or “the Company”) held its 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “2023 Annual Meeting”). At the 2023 Annual Meeting, Zillow Group’s shareholders voted on the following matters:
(1)
to elect three Class III directors (Amy C. Bohutinsky, Jay C. Hoag and Gregory B. Maffei) each nominated by the Company’s Board of Directors to serve until the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders; and
(2)
to ratify the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023.
Zillow Group’s inspector of election certified the following voting results:
