Item 5.02
Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 12, 2023, Compass, Inc. (“Compass” or the “Company”) announced that Greg Hart, Chief Operating Officer of Compass, will depart the Company, effective December 31, 2023. Subsequently, the role of Chief Operating Officer will be eliminated. Under Mr. Hart’s previously-disclosed Change in Control and Severance Agreement, he will be entitled to receive certain severance benefits.
