Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

The annual meeting of stockholders of Inari Medical, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on April 24, 2024. The final voting results for each proposal are set forth below.

1.Each of the following Class I director nominees was elected to serve on the Company’s board of directors for a three-year term expiring at the Company’s 2027 annual meeting of stockholders, by the following vote:
