On October 26, 2023, the Board of Directors of HomeStreet, Inc. (the "Board") approved a cash dividend of $0.10 per share, to be paid on November 22, 2023 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 8, 2023. A press release announcing this action by the Board is included as an exhibit to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

HomeStreet Announces a Common Stock Dividend of $0.10 Per Share
SEATTLE – October 30, 2023 – HomeStreet, Inc. (Nasdaq: HMST) (“HomeStreet”), the parent company of HomeStreet Bank (the “Bank” and together with HomeStreet, the “Company”), announced that the Company's Board of Directors approved a $0.10 per share quarterly dividend. The dividend is payable on November 22, 2023 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 8, 2023.
