Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
We expect to be at the high end of the high single digit range for year over year revenue growth for Q3 2023. This implies that Q3 2023 would represent an acceleration in our year over year revenue growth rate relative to Q2 2023, both on a reported and constant currency basis. We also expect to deliver roughly 400 basis points of adjusted EBITDA margin expansion year over year for the full year 2023.

The information in this Form 8-K and the exhibits attached hereto shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Exchange Act or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that section, nor shall it be deemed incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Exchange Act, regardless of any general incorporation language in such filing.
