Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers: Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

On January 19, 2026, the Board of Directors of Yunhong Green CTI Ltd. (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Director Philip Wong. Mr. Wong was the Chair of the Audit Committee, was a member of the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committee.

 

On January 22, 2026, the Board of Directors of Yunhong Green CTI Ltd. (the “Company”) elected Iris Chan as an Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair for the vacant term to conclude upon the election of directors during the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
