On December 1, 2025, Cocrystal Pharma, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that James Martin, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Co-Chief Executive Officer, will present a Company overview and clinical progress update at the Noble Capital Markets 21st Emerging Growth Equity Conference on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 10:00am Eastern time. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
