On April 3, 2024, Reliance Global Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will host a conference call on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at 1:00 PM Eastern Time to discuss financial results for the fourth quarter of 2023 and provide a business update. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference. The information contained in any website is not a part of this Current Report on Form 8-K.
