2024 Guidance

On March 21, 2024, the Company issued a press release entitled, “Genius Group Updated 2024 Financial Guidance: $105 million to $110 million revenue with $6.0 million to $7.0 million positive EBITDA.” The press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 6-K as Exhibit 99.1.
