On January 28, 2024, Chijet Motor Company, Inc. (the “Company”) engaged Assentsure PAC (“Assentsure”) as its independent registered public accounting firm, effective on the same date, to audit the Company’s consolidated financial statements as of and for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2021, 2022 and 2023. The engagement of the Company’s independent auditor was made after careful consideration and evaluation process and was approved by the audit committee of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Prior to the engagement of Assentsure, neither the Company nor anyone acting on its behalf consulted with Assentsure regarding any of the matters or events set forth in Item 16F(a)(2)(i) and (ii) of Form 20-F.
