Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On January 22, 2025, Lightbridge Corporation (“Lightbridge” or the “Company”) and Oklo Inc., an advanced nuclear power and nuclear fuel recycling company (“Oklo”), entered into a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding to conduct a feasibility study of co-locating a Lightbridge Commercial-scale Fuel Fabrication Facility at Oklo’s proposed commercial fuel fabrication facility and to explore opportunities for collaboration on reprocessing and recycling of spent uranium-zirconium fuel.
