On April 22, 2024, NovaBay Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a corporate update presentation containing an update on the Company’s operations, particularly in regards to driving sales and executing on the Company’s business strategy. A copy of the presentation is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
