Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
 
On March 28, 2024, ICF International, Inc. (the “Company”) announced it will release its first quarter 2024 earnings results before the market opens on May 2, 2024. The Company will conduct a conference call at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time on May 2, 2024, to discuss the results for the quarter ended March 31, 2024. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

RESTON, Va. (March 28, 2024) — ICF (NASDAQ:ICFI), a global consulting and technology services provider, will release its first quarter 2024 results on Thursday, May 2, 2024, before the market open.

 

The Company plans to host a webcast call at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time on Thursday, May 2, 2024, to discuss its financial results for the quarter. Earnings results will be available at https://investor.icf.com before the call.
