On May 21, 2025, Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share, payable in U.S. dollars on the Company’s common stock. The regular quarterly dividend will be paid on July 11, 2025 to shareholders of record on June 27, 2025.

BURLINGTON, MA and FRISCO, TX (May 21, 2025) – Keurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per share, payable in U.S. dollars on the Company's common stock. The regular quarterly dividend will be paid on July 11, 2025, to shareholders of record on June 27, 2025.
