Item 7.01

Regulation FD Disclosure.

Hurricane Milton made landfall close to Sarasota, Florida on October 9, 2024.  The offices of Orion Group Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) located in nearby Tampa, Florida and the Company’s assets located in the area sustained only minor damage from the hurricane.  The Company’s operations have not been significantly impacted by the hurricane.
