On March 19, 2024, Mr. Sailesh Chittipeddi, a member of the Board of Directors of Sequans Communications S.A. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his resignation from the Company's Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Chittipeddi did not advise the Company of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices. Effective upon Mr. Chittipeddi’s resignation, the size of the Company's Board of Directors will be reduced from nine to eight directors.
