Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 1, 2024, Ryan A. Willman notified Calumet GP, LLC (the “Company”), the general partner of Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P., of his resignation as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer and principal accounting officer, effective April 26, 2024 (the “Effective Date”).

On April 4, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Vincent Donargo as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer and principal accounting officer effective upon Mr. Willman’s departure on the Effective Date. Mr. Willman will continue to serve as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer and principal accounting officer until the Effective Date.
