(b) Resignation of Certain Officers

On October 5, 2023, Barbara Messing notified Roblox Corporation (the “Company”) of her decision to resign as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of the Company, effective December 8, 2023, to pursue other opportunities. The Company thanks Ms. Messing for her dedicated service to the Company and wishes her well in her future endeavors.
