I hereby address to you on behalf of Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte S. A. (Edenor S.A.) (the "Company") in order to inform you that the ENRE (governmental entity of energy) notified to us Resolution No. 79/2025, by which it convened to a Public Hearing to be held on February 27, 2025 at 8:15 a.m. to inform and hear opinions regarding the tariff proposals of Edenor S.A. and Edesur S.A. for the next five-year period. This is within the Five-Year Tariff Review Process and prior to defining the tariffs to be applied by the aforementioned concessionaires in said five-year period.
