On January 13, 2026, Qi (Jeff) He informed the Board of Directors of ICZOOM Group Inc. (the “Company”) that he was resigning from his position as an independent director and a member of the Audit Committee, Compensation Committee, and Nominating Committee of the Company, effective immediately. The resignation was for personal reasons and was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.

The Company has begun a search to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation.
