As previously disclosed, Jayud Global Logistics Limited (“Company”) received a notification letter (the “Notification Letter”) from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”), dated May 15, 2025, notifying the Company that it was not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market. In accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A), the Company has been provided 180 calendar days, or until November 11, 2025, to regain compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).

On October 27, 2025, Nasdaq provided confirmation to the Company that for the last 10 consecutive business days, from October 13, 2025 through October 24, 2025, the closing bid price of the Company’s Class A ordinary shares has been at $1.00 per share or greater. Accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), and this matter is now closed.
