Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

In connection with the conference call to be held by Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (the “Company”) on August 18, 2025 to discuss its results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2025, on August 13, 2025, the Company issued a press release, which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference. Such press release also announced that the Company will unveil its major strategy upgrade on August 16, 2025.
