Entry into Memorandum of Understanding
On June 22, 2025, Galaxy Payroll Group Limited (the “Company”) entered into a memorandum of understanding (the “MOU”) regarding the joint development and promotion of AI-powered HR and payroll solutions, specifically including the “AI HR & Payroll Manager” and “AI Recruitment Manager” (“Collaboration”). The MOU sets forth non-binding terms and conditions for the Collaboration and for entry into the definitive agreement for the Collaboration, which are described in further detail in the press release described below.

HONG KONG, June 25, 2025 — Galaxy Payroll Group Limited (NASDAQ: GLXG, “Galaxy Group”), a leading global payroll provider, announced today the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly develop innovative AI-powered HR solutions.
