On March 26, 2024, Quantum Computing Inc. (the “Company”) received a notice from the Listing Qualifications Staff of the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) that the Company had regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) of the Nasdaq Listing Rules, as the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock has been at $1.00 per share or greater during the last 10 consecutive business days.
