FTAC Emerald Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) has announced that on January 9, 2024, the Company entered into a non-binding letter of intent with respect to a business combination.

The Company and certain of its directors and executive officers and other persons may be deemed to be participants in the solicitation of proxies from the Company’s stockholders in respect of proposals to be considered and voted on at the special meeting of stockholders.
