Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On September 18, 2023, Patick S. Bannon, Vice President and General Manager of RBC Bearings Incorporated and one of its named executive officers for SEC purposes, announced his intent to retire from RBC effective December 31, 2023, ending over 30 years of service with RBC. RBC thanks Mr. Bannon for his invaluable contributions to our success and we wish him the very best in his retirement.
