NOTICE OF REDEMPTION FOR DOLLAR NOTES DUE 2081

 

Vodafone Group Plc is issuing a notice of redemption in respect of its NC5.25 Capital Securities due 2081 (the “Securities”), at a price equal to 100% of the principal amount of such Securities, plus accrued and unpaid interest, if any, to the date of redemption.
