Autohome Inc. Announces Results of 2024 Annual General Meeting

BEIJING, June 27, 2025 – Autohome Inc. (NYSE: ATHM; HKEX: 2518) (“Autohome” or the “Company”), the leading online destination for automobile consumers in China, today announced that the following proposed resolution submitted for shareholder approval has been adopted as an ordinary resolution at its 2024 annual general meeting of shareholders held in Beijing today:

Mr. Song Yang is re-elected as a director of the Company and each director of the Company be and is hereby authorized to take any and every action that might be necessary to effect the foregoing resolution as such director, in his or her absolute discretion, thinks fit.
