Item 8.01

Other Events.

On April 19, 2024, Performance Food Group, Inc., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Performance Food Group Company, caused to be delivered its notice of election to redeem all of its outstanding 6.875% Senior Notes due 2025 (the “Notes”) in the aggregate principal amount of $275,000,000. The date fixed for the redemption of the Notes is May 1, 2024 (the “Redemption Date”). The aggregate redemption price for the Notes will be 100% of the aggregate principal amount of the Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon to, but not including, the Redemption Date, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the indenture governing the Notes. The foregoing does not constitute a notice of redemption with respect to any of the Notes.
