On April 12, 2024, Barnes & Noble Education, Inc. (the “Company”) and the lenders under its existing asset-based credit facility agreed to extend the previously disclosed milestone with respect to entering into a binding commitment letter for a liquidity and refinancing transaction from April 12, 2024 to April 15, 2024, as the Company continues negotiations to satisfy such milestone.
