Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On February 12, 2024, Andrew Perlmutter, the President of Funko, Inc. (the “Company”) tendered his resignation as President, to be effective March 31, 2024. Mr. Perlmutter’s resignation constitutes a resignation for “Good Reason” as defined in his Amended and Restated Employment Agreement with the Company, dated January 3, 2022, as amended December 5, 2022 and further amended on August 15, 2023. Mr. Perlmutter will continue to serve as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors.
