Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 17, 2023, Kohl’s Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Dave Alves, the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer, will be departing the Company effective November 17, 2023.
