Adoption of 2023 Share Incentive Plan

On September 5, 2023, the board of directors of Aurora Mobile Limited, or the Company, (the “Board”) and the compensation committee of the Board approved and authorized the adoption of a 2023 Share Incentive Plan (the “2023 Plan”), effective immediately. Under the 2023 Plan, the maximum aggregate number of Class A common shares of the Company available for grant of awards is 4,000,000.
