Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On June 21, 2023, Faisal Ghori resigned from his position as Chief Operating Officer of Consilium Acquisition Corp. I Ltd. (the “Company”), effective June 30, 2023. Mr. Ghori’s decision to resign was for personal reasons and was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
