On January 27, 2023, Southwestern Energy Company (the “Company”) delivered a notice to holders of the Company’s 7.750% Senior Notes due 2027 (the “Notes”) to redeem all of the outstanding Notes on February 26, 2023 (the “Redemption Date”) at a redemption price equal to 103.875% of the principal amount thereof plus accrued and unpaid interest to the Redemption Date. The Company expects to redeem the Notes using a combination of cash on hand and borrowings under the Company’s revolving credit facility.
