RedHill Biopharma Ltd. (the “Company”) announces today the adjournment of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) scheduled for May 5, 2025, due to a lack of required legal quorum.

The Company’s Board of Directors has approved the postponement of the Meeting to May 26, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. Israel time, to be held at the offices of the Company at 21 Ha'arba'a Street, Tel-Aviv, Israel. The voting will be re-opened at 9:00 a.m. EST on May 6, 2025, and all votes submitted to The Bank of New York Mellon, as depositary for the American Depositary Shares, must be received by 12:00 p.m. EST, on May 21, 2025.
