AND CONFERENCE CALL FOR FEBRUARY 26, 2025

Conference Call Scheduled at 10am Eastern Time

AZOUR, Israel – February 6, 2025 – Ituran Location and Control Ltd. (NASDAQ: ITRN), announced that it will be releasing its fourth quarter and full year 2024 results on Wednesday, February 26, 2025.

The Company will be hosting a video conference call later that day via Zoom, starting at 10am Eastern Time, 7am Pacific Time and 5pm Israel time. On the call, management will review and present the results and will be available to answer investor questions.
